The agreement between you and Maskole.

These terms govern your use of Maskole. They are a general template and not legal advice — adapt them to your jurisdiction before launch. By using Maskole you agree to them.
1. The service
Maskole provides an antidetect browser and related cloud services for managing multiple, isolated browser profiles. Features and limits depend on your plan.
2. Acceptable use
Maskole is for lawful multi-account, privacy and automation work. You agree not to:
- Break the law or facilitate fraud, phishing, or unauthorized access.
- Violate the terms of the platforms you access through Maskole — you are responsible for that compliance.
- Resell or redistribute the service without authorization.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in email secure, since authentication is passwordless.
4. Plans & billing
- Paid plans are billed through PayPal on a recurring basis until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Plan limits (profiles, concurrency, seats) are enforced by the service.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of your profiles and data. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and sync them so we can provide the service.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any particular platform will accept any particular profile.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maskole is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use means acceptance.
